오늘 임옥순 권사님과 남정희 권사님, 그리고 James 성도님께서 오셔서 추수감사주일을 위한 제단장식을 해 주고 가셨습니다. 여기에 여러분이 주일 아침에 가지고 오실 과일이 더해지고, 금년도 추수감사주일 예배의 센터피스인 감사 테이블이 셋업되면 예배를 위한 장식부분은 다 마치게 됩니다. 예쁘게 꾸며진 제단을 보니 추수감사절이 왔음이 실감이 나네요. 금년에 교회적으로 감사한 내용을 여러분이 제출해 주셨는데 미처 생각하지 못했던 내용들이 있어서 너무 감사했습니다. 성가대, 주일학교, 중고등부가 예배 특송을 위해서 열심히 연습하고 있고, 이번 토요일은 여선교회와 각 속에서 음식 준비로 분주하시겠죠? 감사가 넘칠 추수감사절을 기대하며 특별한 오는 주일 예배에 여러분을 초대합니다!
Today, Lynn and James and Chong came to the church and beautifully arranged the altar decorations for Thanksgiving Sunday. Your contributions of fruit on Sunday morning will be added to this, and once the Thanksgiving Table — this year’s centerpiece for the Thanksgiving Sunday service — is set up, the decorations for the worship service will be complete. Seeing the beautifully adorned altar truly makes it feel like Thanksgiving is here.
This year, many of you shared what you are thankful for as a church community, and there were submissions that brought gratitude for things I hadn’t even considered. And I thank you for reminding me that there are indeed a lot to be thankful for!
The choir, Sunday School, and youth group have been diligently practicing for their special worship songs, and this Saturday, the Women's Mission Society and various cell groups will likely be busy preparing food.
We look forward to a Thanksgiving Sunday service overflowing with gratitude and warmly invite you to join us for this special Sunday service!
