사순절 다섯번째 주간을 마무리 하며, 어느새 다음주면 고난 주간이 시작되네요. 지난 33일간 열심히 기도하고 또한 4천번제를 올려 드리는 가운데, 이제 사순절도 일주일을 남겨 놓게 되었습니다. 지난 33일간 총 1,350 명이 새벽제단을 지켜 주셨고, 지난 28일간 59명의 교우들이 총 3,930번의 삶의 번제를 드렸습니다.

이제 사순절을 한주 남겨놓고, 마지막 주간 역시 함께 힘을 모아 잘 지켜가자는 의미로 내일 토요일 (3/26) 새벽기도회 후에 Gold Corral 식당에서 아침을 대접하고자 합니다. 시간이 되는 분들은 모두 오셔서 서로를 응원하는 교제의 시간을 가지면 좋겠습니다. 시간은 새벽기도회를 마치는 7시 15분부터 7시 45분 사이에 오시면 되겠습니다. 주소는 다음과 같습니다. (1970 Waynoka Rd, Colorado Springs)

사순절 기간 동안 새벽기도회와 4천번째뿐 아니라 매월 진행하는 Homeless 선교도 쉬지 않고 이어졌고 사순절 주일 성경공부도 꾸준히 모였습니다. 또한 수요일마다 임원, 그리고 각 선교회 헌신예배가 이어지는 은혜 또한 있었습니다. 오는 주간에는 남선교회 헌신예배 (수, 7pm), 그리고 성금요예배 (금, 7pm) 가 있겠습니다. 이 모든 은혜의 자리를 감사 드리며, 사순절 마지막 주간 역시 은혜 가운데 힘차게 나아갈 수 있기를 바랍니다!

As we conclude the fifth week of Lent, Holy Week begins next week before we know it. Over the past 33 days, we have devoted ourselves to prayer and to offering our “4,000 Offerings,” and now only one week remains in this Lenten journey. During these 33 days, a total of 1,350 people have kept the dawn prayer altar, and over the past 28 days, 59 church members have offered a total of 3,930 “life offerings.”

With one week left in Lent, we would like to finish well together. To encourage one another, we will be providing breakfast tomorrow, Saturday (3/26), at Golden Corral following the dawn prayer service. If you are available, we warmly invite you to join us for a time of fellowship and encouragement. You may come anytime between 7:15 AM and 7:45 AM, after the dawn prayer concludes. Throughout this Lenten season, not only have we faithfully continued our dawn prayer services and the “4,000 Offerings” campaign, but our monthly homeless outreach ministry has also continued without pause. Our Monthly EM Bible Study and the Sunday School class have also faithfully continued. Moreover, each Wednesday we have been blessed with leadership and mission society dedication services. In the coming week, we will have the Men’s Mission Society (KM) dedication service (Wednesday, 7 PM) and the Good Friday service for both EM & KM (Friday, 7 PM).

We give thanks for all these opportunities of grace and pray that, in this final week of Lent, we may continue to press forward together with strength and grace.
