여전히 밝고 따듯한 교회

주님의 크신 은혜와 평강이 오늘도 여러분의 삶 가운데 가득하길 소망합니다.
벌써 제가 한미교회로 부름 받은 지  1년의 시간이 지났습니다.  하나님의 은혜와 여러분의 따뜻한 환대 속에서 이렇게 1년을 함께 지냈다는 것이 믿기지 않을 만큼 감사하고 벅찬 시간들이었습니다. 지난 1년 동안 부족하고 연약한 저를 따뜻하게 맞아 주시고, 사랑으로 품어 주시며, 사역의 자리마다 함께 동역해 주신 모든 성도님들께 진심으로 감사드립니다. 무엇보다도 저를 위해 기도해주시고, 사소한 순간에도 따뜻한 말 한마디, 미소 한 번으로 큰 힘이 되어 주신 여러분 덕분에 하루하루가 은혜였습니다.
사역을 감당하며 때로는 서툴고 미숙한 모습도 있었지만, 그 가운데서도 하나님의 인도하심과 여러분의 사랑 덕분에 조금씩 배우고 성장할 수 있었습니다. 저는 이 자리를 ‘하나님께서 주신 선물’이라 고백하지 않을 수 없습니다.
하나님에게는 우연이 없음을 다시 한번 느낍니다. 하나님의 특별하신 계획하심으로 여러분들을 만났다고 믿습니다.
앞으로도 지금처럼, 아니 그보다 더 따뜻한 마음으로 성도님들과 동행하며, 말씀과 기도로 충만한 삶을 살아내는 목회자가 되기를 다짐합니다. 하나님께서 주신 이 공동체를 더욱 사랑하며, 우리 교회가 더욱 하나님을 기쁘시게 하는 공동체가 되도록 늘 기도하겠습니다.
성도님 한 분 한 분의 삶 속에도 하나님의 깊은 위로와 기쁨이 가득하길 소망합니다. 앞으로도 함께 웃고, 함께 울며, 함께 예배하는 따뜻한 길을 계속 걸어가고 싶습니다.
감사합니다. 사랑합니다.

Still a Bright and Warm Church

I pray that the Lord’s abundant grace and peace will fill your lives.
It has already been a year since I was called to serve at KAMC. I am overwhelmed with gratitude—it’s hard to believe that an entire year has passed, filled with God’s grace and your warm welcome. Over the past year, I have been embraced despite my shortcomings and weaknesses, and I am truly thankful to every member of the congregation who has received me with love and walked alongside me in every aspect of ministry.
Above all, I am deeply moved by your prayers on my behalf and the strength I received from even the smallest gestures—a kind word, a warm smile. Thanks to you, each day has been filled with grace.
As I carried out my ministry, there were times when I was clumsy and inexperienced. Even so, through it all, I was able to learn and grow little by little—thanks to God’s guidance and your love. I can’t help but confess that this place is truly a gift from God.
Once again, I’m reminded that nothing is a coincidence with God. I truly believe that it was by His special plan and purpose that I was able to meet each and every one of you.
Looking ahead, I hope to keep walking with all of you just as warmly—or even more so—than I have until now, growing as a pastor who lives each day filled with God’s Word and prayer. I will continue to love this precious community that God has given me and pray with all my heart that our church brings even more joy to the Lord.
I also pray that each one of you will be filled with God’s deep comfort and lasting joy in every part of your life. I look forward to many more days of smiling together, crying together, and worshiping together as we walk this warm and meaningful journey side by side.
